  I attended this dentist for some years, I had two white fillings installed by various dentists at this practice, and was quite happy with my treatment, until more recently I went for a check up as I was experiencing pain. The dentist I saw was not my usual dentist, and he x-rayed my mouth, told me I needed 5 root canals, was very rude, undermining and didn't make me feel comfortable at all.
  He said white fillings were no good, and i reminded him they were fitted at this practice. He told me He would not treat me with white fillings if i requested. He tried to put pressure on me to book treatment with him. I simply did not, as I didnt want ANY silver fillings in my mouth, I am a young girl and appearance is important to me.
  I left that surgery crying my eyes out at the thought of 5 root canals.
  
  I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion, I do not need 5 root canals, one maybe 2 maximum and some minor maintenance work. The two private dentists I have also seen, both said white fillings can last just as long as silver if installed correctly. which leads me to think the practice did not take care when installing my white fillings, as one has become decayed underneath which is supposed to be protected by a white filling, this was installed no more than 5 years ago so very early to be allowing decay in. Really disappointing with practice manager, A young lady called me and said she would investigate my complaint and practice manager would call me back in a few weeks. This was 2 months ago. Poor service
