  When we moved in the state of the apartment was pretty bad, walls were in desperate need of a repaint and everything was just generally a bit grubby. Oven practically exploded in my face and one of the hobs triggered the fuse breaker. HOWEVER... they gave us a new hob and oven without any fuss, brand new (and fantastic) mattress when the old one was a bit dodgy and were pretty prompt when anything need doing. They were a bit dodgy when it came to giving the deposit back but came through in the end and I expect that it wasn't entirely Poseidon's fault.
  TL:DR was pretty good, would recommend
